School Appeal Services is also a training provider and is used by schools and local education authorities to train existing or new Admission Appeal Panel members or clerks to Appeal Panels.

We can run full or half day sessions depending on your needs at the venue of your choice. Sessions are interactive and role play is used as part of the training methods. Training also includes a discussion of recent Local Government Ombudsman findings and case law around admission appeals.  

The cost of sessions depends on the numbers attending but typically to train 10 new Appeal Panel members would be in the region of £750 for a full day.
