The following are the terms and conditions relating to customer interaction with School Appeals Services LLP and the products / services it provides.

Parent Guide

No refunds are provided on the Parent Guide.

1-2-1 Consultation Service

The following cancellation fees / reimbursements will be charged in respect of cancellations.

  • 48 hours or more notice provided by the customer – full refund to be provided
  • 24 – 48 hours provided by the customer – 50% refund to be provided
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – no refund to be given

The time period relates to the period from the date / time of the session, when it is booked with the associate concerned.

Submission Review / Coaching and Mentoring / Representation Services

Should a customer no longer wish to proceed with one of the abovementioned packages then any deposit paid will be refunded less the cost of time spent by the associate and any materials provided as part of that process.

School Appeals Services reserves the right to place an appropriate figure on the materials that could be provided as part of advising a parent, such as example admission appeal templates etc.

Should a customer no longer wish to proceed with their appeal / work to be undertaken by School Appeals Services, then the customer will be liable to pay any outstanding amount to cover the associates’ time / materials provided.

Any outstanding amount will need to be paid within 14 days of the termination of the arrangement with School Appeals Services LLP.


Any complaints made against any associate of School Appeals Services should be made in writing within 28 days of the event / issue for which a complaint is being made.

Complaints regarding any associates will be investigated by the Senior Partner at School Appeals Services LLP.

Any complaints regarding the Senior Partners actions / work, will be investigated by a different Partner at School Appeals Services LLP.

Success Rate

The success rate quoted is for those parents that either take up the coaching / mentoring service or full representation service.
